Friday
Check in & welcome picnic
Check in at The Westin from 3:00pm — 4736 Best Road, Atlanta, GA 30337. Find the registration table in the lobby for your badge, shirt, and program.
Welcome picnic, 6:30–8:30pm at Rosel Fann Recreation Center.
Saturday
Sightseeing Atlanta & the banquet
Daytime chartered coach through the King Center, Sweet Auburn, and the Civil Rights Museum — with a kids’ group heading to the aquarium.
Banquet at the Westin, 6:00–11:00pm, Sunday best. Buffet dinner, dancing, prizes and family awards — celebrating the ancestors.
Sunday
Farewell breakfast
8:00–10:30am in the Westin ballroom — a blessing, the group photo, and a vote on where we meet in 2028.

Reunion dues
Dues cover the picnic, banquet, sightseeing shuttle and your keepsake T-shirt. Pay by May 1, 2027 to be printed in the souvenir booklet.

Prefer to spread it out? Choose the payment plan option at RSVP to split your dues evenly into monthly payments, starting today and running through May 1, 2027.
A $50 late fee will be assessed if dues are paid after the May 1, 2027 deadline.
Elders 80 and over attend as guests — just say who you’re covering in your RSVP notes.
